ThreadLightly accepts most debit or credit methods of payment, Apple Pay and PayPal. All payments are transferred using secure processing and encryption technologies. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that do not meet our fraud prevention standards.
SHIPPING
We offer Worldwide Shipping for most items. 
A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed after order has been made and/or processed.
Please allow a few days after receiving tracking E-mail for information to be updated for delivery. 
Due to Covid-19 delays will most likely occur. Items may appear as "pre-shipment" or "in-transit" for several days and in some cases not updated until delivery.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, ThreadLightly no longer has any control of your package. You will need to get in contact with USPS for any questions, concerns or to file a claim if package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Priority Shipping is available with every purchase and insurance is included.

CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind? No problem, you can cancel your order within 24-hours from the time of purchase and receive a full refund. Email me at ThreadLightlyStoree@gmail.com with subject: CANCELLATION. After, 24-hours cancellation will no longer be applicable and your order will be processed.
